This post should have been posted a long time ago, but it didn’t because I was too busy with university and enjoying the games. This is the first time, I build a computer and I’m really proud that I didn’t fuck it up. I ran through some complications like spending extra money for cable extensions from PSU to the Motherboard. Also took me an hour to work about where the hard drive goes.

So what did I buy?
Geforce gt 240 – it’s not high end but plays Cyris and I don’t play any games which are that demanding.
2 GB of RAM
1 TB Samsung
Quad core – 8300

All cost me just under £400 – including, motherboard, case, fans and cables.

I thought I would treat myself after the exams are over and I bought myself a copy of COD:MW2 to go with my brand new gaming rig.

I can understand peoples frustration with no servers, but really this is amazing and I buy games to pass time. This is a great game for the fun it offers. You want the real thing? go to Iraq or Battlefield 2 is a good replacement.  The image below shows, 12 hours of game play … this picture was taken on Sunday … I bought the game on Saturday 6PM.

So when people having been going to see Avatar and eating themselves silly with Xmas, I’ve been in my bedroom for the past three weeks – ok I left the house … To go a study grouping university. I really regret I didn’t try to revise really early on, but there is good news, got a B for economic which makes life a bit less stressful.

I thought coming to university having done a bit of PHP would help with java – but it didn’t. All of discrete maths which just keeps getting easier – I was about dish computer science because didn’t want to do more maths – college maths was enough.

The only motivation I have known that as soon the exams – i’m either gona buy a ps3 or try to repair/ buy new xbox. Call of duty looks amazing.

Wish me luck, I can be bother to proof read, like anyone reads this crap.

Before I wish this world a happy new year, I want just like state… this post is written using wordpress for the iPhone and just want to say how amazing it is. Right now, just got home from watching the fireworks in central London – I am in my warm bed, using the application on landscape mode and typing has never felt great.

That said, happy new year. I don’t think people can say 2009 was not an amazing year, if not the best. Well for me, I am just happy that I am at university a resolution of mine from last year. Also another completed resolution is that I have to lose around 7kg which is alright. My final reason resolution was to smoke weed, which I can say with all shame – I tired but “but me no like”.

For the new year, I do not hope for much just happiness for my family and friends. Also be a better Muslim – and that doesn’t mean try to bring a trans-Atlantic plan down so don’t judge.

So it’s been quite a while since I update my so called blog. I want to wish all my family and friends and people I hope to never meet, an Eid mubarak and happy new year. You see Eid the probably the only time, where I would actually call my uncles without thinking about something to call about. I spent more money on international calls than the cost of my contract. I called France, Tunisia, and cousins in west Africa. I also called to my Tunisian sweet-heart for 1 hour costing me a lot.

For me Eid without my dad is like, Eid without meat. My dad made the pilgrimage( Saudi Airways) to the holy city or land of Mecca. And it pretty much sucks when you don’t have family to share that happiness. Anyway, even though it was Eid, still went to lectures – I am paying £3.325 and Am not missing a lecture.

So, I wish all Muslims, Eid mubarak and Explosive new year.

Had a not so great reading week, which is a week where the teachers want you to stay at home and do nothing but read books for as long as you mentally can and hopefully they don’t have to explain all they taught you. I pretty much did nothing, a part from the dull economics essay which took the whole week to finish. I learnt my lesson never and never leave work to the last week – especially when you have been given a month.

But when I finished the economics, I just jumped at them books like hungry cat, wait mice, no sorry a dog. I revised all the discrete maths, and I can honestly say, I am confident with 70% of what has been taught to me. Java on the other hand, is really fucking confusing. Ever 3 hour lecture just makes it worst. I am in process of learning Iteration and don’t even ask to answer what it means – but has something to do with loops.

I wouldn’t imaged that university would be more stressful than say *cough* and *cough*. Well it is, it like a total nightmare, in primary school they use to tell us that secondary school, teach don’t care. Secondary school they said the same about college. College said similar about university. One thing, college teachers didn’t lie. I’m expect to do 52 hours a week of reading, revising, and note taking. I do probably less than 24 hr.

University is so hard, because it so confusing and getting into the work is like a nightmare. In college, I would mess about for the whole year and then come deadline or exam time and do everything and still get the grades. University prevents me from thinking like that. I bought a lot of book, and I really wish I could start to read them, there is one I haven’t even opened.

I haven’t played video games in like well before summer, and this really sucks. My friends on facebook are all talking about how good, Call of Duty 4 MW2 is amazing, and I still there coding in java. The most fun I am having is with my tv shows, all 14 of them.

Spent all last week, doing an economics assignment , which sucked and I didn’t want to know the results.

Since Mummy and Daddy  went to France for my cousins wedding,  It’s been a whole week of cooking and cleaning.

A few months back, I was out shopping with a friend of mine, and we went to the 99 pence (Just under a £1)  store for some cheap food, there we found a pack of noodle and we shared the mini packages. Yesterday, while really bored with week old rice which my mum left, my little brother found the noodles and we made noodle with eggs … tuna, tomatoes and a lot of stuff… oh … chicken .

I am used to my mum waking me up everyday, I am a heavy sleeper and had two phones to wake me up at 6 and nothing did. Anyway, had lectures at 10, woke up at 8:30. Ran to the toilet, did wadu (Muslim way to clean for prayer), prayed,  jumped into my black jeans and ran out of the door. That’s right no breakfast.

On the way to the Underground station, went to Tesco, got a tube of pringles and juice pack. I got beef with pringles, now that I am no longer 10 years old, please make a tube that will allow my hand to go inside without making me look like a dope.

In university, got there late and pretty much half dead on pringles and 30% sugar drink. I needed caffeine and bought a large cappuccino which was also 30% sugar and I could swear it had salt. To finish it all off, a bottle of water.

A student life isn’t easy and thank god tomorrow my mum will be home to cook me some fresh rice and chicken.

Right now(Sunday), I have two discrete Maths books facing me on the functions chapter. Not to mention the three lecture slides, which make no sense since I rarly pay attention during lectures.  Lucky enough I found some youtube videos which explain everything. Discrete Maths is so annoying, it just won’t stick to my brain- a lot of weird symbols and venn diagrams. The only thing keeping awake, is the sugar free Red Bull which I had at 11 this morning.

Yep, more and more I notice the new Taxis that is either a Merc or VW and they ruin the whole London Vibe or feeling. The London Taxis is an Icon like the New York Yellow cab.

Had Economics for 3 hours today, the thing with Economics is that it a nice subject but OOOOOMMMMMGGGGG like everything mentioned needs to be explained with a graph. Anyway got my first assignment which is due in a month. They have a rule, if you submit even one minute late … guess what? you fail.   I was thinking Computer Science with Management was going to be easy but boy was I wrong.

Anyway, After economics had an hour break before heading off to the next lesson. It’s really expensive in central so the cheapest things are either Mcdonald or Subways.  The picture above is from the student union building on campus, which looks out to the thames and to the side you can see London eye – which you can’t see in the picture.

Later on, headed to the Java lesson, where I pretty much spent all 2 hours talking. Went home, and now I’m ill, didn’t wear a jacket today and it was proper cold.  When I got home, notice a fan noise coming from my bag, it was my netbook … I left it on. It was in it’s wallet and t

he bag full of book – I was so scared for second though it was gone.

Anyway, so today after a week of ordering my 18+ discount card … long story short TFL suck donkey ass. Why? well because the fairs are a joke, so with the the discount card I get 30% off. Normally with a normal card or without I would have to put around £6.30 in my Oyster (The top-up card) for two journeys – omg that is so gay. I have lessons every day so you do the maths. I really don’t get it with the vast amount of money they make, couldn’t they afford better trains, more seats, and more space in general.  So if I want a Monthly card from zones 1- 3, it would cost me around £75/month – you know what £75 is? two iPhone 3G contracts and money better in my pocket.

I would take the bus, costing me only £1, but you know how long it takes for the notorious 25 bus? and it’s usaully packed? well it’s a nightmare.  Yes, you might say … “Just pay the pound” … Yes I would but I live 2 hours by bus from university. Two hours which could be better spent sleeping, reading, doing some lava practice.

Anyway random post, about how I hate TFL for not giving me free travel or better discount travel rate, It would have been better if I lived in the halls at this rate. Hahaha that was a joke. I am happy coming home to a warm bed, with nice good every night.

So that now I am in university a lot has changed primary my life and I think it was better to leave my old blog sooner than later. A fresh start.

So I’m in my second week of university and pretty much loving ever second. Although it’s really hard, it feels right and I am pushing myself. Something I haven’t done since high school. I’m learning Java, A lot of Maths, and fuck ton of computer related stuff. I could’ve  gone to a university where I would just messed about for 3 years… came out with a degree that was useless, but hope that traveling in early hours of the morning and spending the whole week either reading books or on public transport will teach me can appreciate life a little more from now on.

Bus, underground and food cost are driving me nuts, tomorrow I will be putting £80 for one month of travel, and here me thinking I could of lived on campus. Although I wouldn’t be making a lot of friends, it’s ok. I already spent around £100 on books, economics alone cost me £50.

For the first time, I went to any library. Ok, I do, but not to spend 5 hour reading something that  I can barely keep myself interested in. Anyway hope this fresh start can be much better and that I can relax.

Just finished theTV series from HBO, The Wire.  This is probably the best tv shows I have ever seen. I love crime stories and this stuff just f*cking keeps giving with the characters, the atmoshphere and the story lines in each season. Anyway just went on a TV-series weekend marathoh, finished both season 4 and season 5.  It doesn’t look there will a season 6 but I just keep praying. The theme is one of the things that got me watching it, and each season has the same lyrics but with different artists on the voice.

My favorite characters have to be Omar, Bodie, Snoop, McNulty, Avon Barksdale, Mike, Chris and Weebay.  Saddest moment has to be when Snoop got shot by Mike and she asks him … “HOW MY HAIR LOOK MIKE?” …then he says…”YOU LOOK GOOD GIRL.”

Anyway,  recommend you watch it.

When I could be revising or doing assignments, I’m wasting my time browsing the Internet in boredom. Anyway, I like the idea of Bookmarklets as they offer space for  another service on your browser. What I created was for personal usage and if it doesn’t work for you then I can’t help.

Reason:
I join a lot of website and some require activation of my email. I hate the fact that I have to open another tab and then typing the address. Also faster alternative for checking mail on apps.

Well just one monitor and my HP laptop. Yesterday (Sunday), I went to the computer fair.  I walked there with Sheful - we got lost and walked for 30 minutes past the fair. Anyway – came back with a 20 inch LG monitor.

Dual Screens or monitors – are just so much fun and makes doing work is much easier (Copying from Wikipedia ). I’m planning to build a new computer, I haven’t played decent gaming since my old desktop which I sold… My dad got me a shitty old HP Pentium 4 from work. I will be using that as a my wireless storage – which really sounds cool.

Work for the past two weeks has been a blast, boring at times and painful but never the less its work.Yesterday after the computer fair, I had to go to a Tunisian-Iraqi engagement party, which was more  like a wedding not an engagement. Few pictures, taken with my Sony Ericsson of both the wedding and me working on the switches at work ( Good mix right?).

Google’s Gmail is an ever growing Email service. I found a simple app, which makes usage of the space on offer and turns in into a storage/backup service for your daily usage. I have been using the app for around a year and has served as a backup to my college work and pictures. Also you can search, login to your gmail and search your mail – because each file you upload will  be shown as email.

All you need is a Gmail account and I recommend you making a new account because all your inbox will ramped  with the files you uploaded.

Laughed my ass off with these scenes of the south park episode “Child Abduction Is Not Funny”.

I went to catch Watchmen yesterday and it was epic (Even with my blocked nose), I Never read the comic book but it was just a fantastic piece of acting,  cinematic composition, effects, choreography and story.  The sound track in the intro is amazing and the sound tracks across the movie are well fitting. I’m not good at reviewing movies, but I will upload the segment of the intro – just 20 minutes left on the torrent and you will see.

Fucking hell – Apple are totally gay but understandable. They released a new version of the IPod Shuffle and I have to admit it comes with one or two nice features.

Looks like I am going to King’s College London (KCL) – which is a university not a college. After getting all my offeres, came the time to really decide either KCL or Queen Mary.  I really wanted Queen Mary but it couldn’t be my insurance due to them wanting the same grades as KCL.

I will be doing Computer Science with Management – why? because I want to be in managing role- dealing with the business side and also have the  technical knowledge.

Anyway, KCL will hopefully be much better. It’s ranked between 5th and 10th in the UK depending where you look and 22nd/25th in the world.  Which means I can walk around bragging. Also went with my friend who is doing his first year in KCL and it just looks really welcoming and fun. The social life is nice with 50+ societies – with like 4 I can probably get into… Islam(probably not because I don’t want to involve in religion), Africans and Caribbeans ( I’m not black – this one might be a no – although I am African), Arab, probably football and other weird ones.Most importantly 30 minutes from my house, which is closer than my college which takes me around 45 minutes on bus.

In an ideal world with a more understanding mum, I would of wanted Leicester University why? I use to live there  and the course really fits me with each module. I promised myself – if I fail at KCL I will change to Leicester.

I need to improve my maths *:shy:*  , learn java *:sick:*  and get the grades for this year .

They sure did, and flooding my blog with flattering comments about how the article(Even though they aren’t) was amazing or how they enjoyed reading it. I would believe it, because I do write a lot of good shit or not but when they name themselves David, Jack or Matt which is too common making it look fake. I posted a picture of my little sister, few months back and then out no where a comment saying  “I really enjoyed reading the article”– which really does my head in.

Since yesterday after reading from Nizar’s blog about Spotify, I couldn’t believe my luck. I had millions of tracks in hands but there was a problem. I couldn’t change between tracks when the application minimized in the systray or taskbar. Being the wanabe programmer that I am, I made a simple “plugin”/application which will switch to next, previous track and even pause.

The “plugin”/application makes use of keyboard keys which for long might have been un-used. Currently there are only three functions and if I have time I will add more. Also you won’t notice the application as it’s running in the background and it can be stop by ending the process in the task manager. Also the application isn’t installable so I’m leaving the location of where to sort the application up to you and you add it to start with your system again all at your options.

Background info:
Some people can change tracks using their Laptop or desktop keyboard functions – but no everyone has those magic tricks. I created this for my brother.

But today in the gym, I picked up the newspaper and there was the kid again – but this time it’s a whole different story. Two other boys have emerged stating that they have slept with the 15 year old girl. This really shows how much of a whore she is. She slept with a 12 year old and two other kids.

British society is broken as you never hear such thing coming from France. Just have to look at social networks like Myspace or Bebo to really see how broken Britain is, and how much the sex culture has messed the children of the future. Britain will lose to the minorities who come from other countries with better family values and culture. Heck even gypsies.

Last time it snowed it wasn’t this bad. This time there were no buses and most of the Underground was cut. It was fun and a lot of snow ball fights!

Some people have weird addictions and I am one of them. I don’t smoking(excl. Shisha), drinking (religion) nor eat chocolates (No man has periods). Anyway recent years, a new chicken shop has opened in my area and its called “Sam’s”, it’s cheaper than all the 10 different alternative companies. They have this meal that you get 2 burgers for half the price with two bags of chips (which I swap for drinks).

My “photography” skills are getting there, why do all(most) bloggers love Macs and like photography?

I don’t even know why at 1 am – I am blogging about food. Really random and just pretty bored watching re-runs of scrubs and Family guy which I still find funny… reminds of Friends re-runs.

So  what are you addictions? and do you plan to stop? because I don’t, Plus it has lettuce which I heard has good benefits (Mum – says).

Twitkeys isn’t much of an application but me messing around with Adobe Air. What I done is take the idea behind TheNextWeb’s Twitterkeys and make it into a installable desktop application running on the Adobe air platform.

So what is Twitkeys?
 
Twitter accepts more than just text, its also UTF8 compatible which means that instead of tweeting "I love you" you just use “I ♥ you”. Or how about this…

“I’m going to ✈ to ☭ in the morning after I make a ☎ to make sure my ♂ is ✔ with it. ✌ for now and don’t forget to ✍ and lets have ♨ soon!”

But remembering all these can be a mouth-full, that where Twitkeys comes along.

I was going to buy what my dad always gets the plain Kellogg corn-flakes, but that has no flavour and just dull. What I got was the … if you can see (picture) … Fruit ‘N. Really wow on the options … that picture gives no justice.

So does your local supermarket have more than 20 options of cereals?

Like for the past month, I saw these ads and didn’t want to look like a dick and take pictures … but I took the courage today. Anyway its like Google, because of the search icon but when I Googled it I got a sponsored ad:

pretty much the  coolest gayest thing since … catholic priests touching kids.  Although that’s smart advertising, showing no product and no explanation. I tried other search engines like on Yahoo and got nothing back… would have been oohyah? oohmsn? oohask? I think oohgle (google) is better.

This post is dedicated to my favourite British comedian that is Frankie Boyle, from BBC’s Mock the Week. OMG I was crying from laughter after this.

Since I had to reformat my OS … FUCK M$ … anyway going to make this fast, its 00:30 … and I’m not feeling like doing anything apart from watch some comedy to cheer me up. Anyway what I “made” is a simple desktop application which needs to be included with ‘Start killer(ST)’

What is Start Killer?

Start Killer is utility that removes the Start button from your taskbar. When you run Start Killer it remove the Start button from taskbar and give you additional space on taskbar, when you close Start Killer the Start button is again shows.

What is Wunir’s Start button?
Because ST removes the start button it can be frustrating if you you want to quickly use the mouse for the start menu. So what I created is a small application when clicked will launch the start menu as if it was the original big-ugly-space hogging-button. Watch my shitty video to understand.

I was browsing across the Internet into some directories …and it seems you want to hear me explaining myself?

I found this amazing service called Pixlr, which is basically your Photoshop but web based and does everything like editing, adjusting and all your photo enchanting needs. Pixlr also allows users to use most of the standard keyboard shortcut keys such as “Ctrl O” to open an image, “Ctrl Z” to undo, “Ctrl C” to copy, etc. This speeds up the editing process significantly. Pixlr saves the files in either JPEG or PNG formats.

I have used this application so much in college, sometimes I just wonder how I get most of my work done with-out it. MS Paint is no fun.

I totally recommend this for quick edits as you can just enter the URL of the image and then you can go wild.

So yeah, I did wait in the line and no I don’t need one of those things … a life. To be honest Northrend isn’t all that and can get really boring and is over crowded when it comes to getting loots. First night I was on WOTLK there was someone level 82 72.The wowinsider blog confirmed some EU guilds finished the game so far, which kinda ruins the game and maybe the last in the series of WoW.

I got so many assignments and I doubt this is a good idea with university and all.

Both amazing addons with a very strong community input. I created a Userstyle which lets you make your FF tabs looks like the ones that come with Chrome. Stylish taps into FF to let CSS developers customize different aspect of the layout and content. While GreaseMonkey uses Javascript to add content to viewed pages.

Don’t you hate it when a website block the hyperlink or someone doesn’t hyperlink? this add-on solves that, you select the text you and right click ‘Open Location Box’. I set my one to open in new tabs.

About time right?

I been holding the change of themes for a long time and been working on this current one (see picture). I liked my old theme but it lacked style and I been messing around with the coding so much its ugly and annoying. Although I’m stilling working on the header, which seems to be the hardest thing ever. I want to thank my good friend Dilz, for most of the CSS work, I suck at CSS and just give up after a while.

Improvements:
Faster loading, all images in the sidebar are CSS.
More space for content
Less white

We all know that Youtube has more music videos than iTunes. We also know most of use don’t want watch the videos and maybe want it in the background. I found this web site called Steamdrag, which offers a search function using Ajax and Access to Youtube using API.

At the start we are greeted with a typical looking web 2.0 application. We have a search box and above it some options for volume and playlist.

Hence we are still in the same. We are prompted with a list of tracks from a artist searched. The list is straight forward and easy to navigate. Next each song, we have a Play button and Plus for adding to a playlist.

Seeing that my Adidas Superstar II are getting old and other trainers don’t seem to suit my jeans or are too low.I have yet to figure what is my length. These trainers are amazing, they suit will all my old jeans and even combats. They go with shorts and all most anything.

My mum wasn’t please that they are white and I thought about getting black … but they didn’t feel like the original. Nike AF1 offer style and comfort plus few extra cm of height (big plus for me).

These are my first pair of Air Force 1.Back in school seemed everyone had them, they were expensive. Wait they are still expensive costing me £60 from Footlocker … These are most expensive trainer I bought to date.

I was going to blog about my visit to the wonderful city to Paris, but then I heard of my granddads death which was most shocking and now I lost all interest in France or anything for that matter.

My best bit about France, excluding all the buildings and objects, it has to be a little sandwich shop in my cousins area of Saint Denis.

I mean just look at how sexy that is! Another was ‘Quick’ the alternative of McDonald. The special thing about this store, you get two items for being a student. I got two Fish (hence I  only eat halal food). 
I only made this post because I’m trying to lose 5KG … 73KG now and just so hungry as I stopped myself from eating after 6. oh and I finally the audi r8 in the Audi Museum.

Just created my first userstyles.org Style for firefox. Userstyles gives the Firefox ( and other Mozilla stuff) a platform where CSS can be used to change the way a browser looks without themes or background editing. What I created is something simple, myself I am huge Chrome fan and the idea of the tabs at the top is what inspired me.

Sometime  I can’t bothered. And other time, I would go with the country I find fun and most of the times it either Turkish or Pakistani … depending on the situation. Why? There some nice Turkish girls in college and with Pakistani … well I fit in with the Pashto crowd.

I like to use the idea of people not knowing what country I am from, and what religion for jokes. I did A level maths for a few months in college … 1. ITS HARD 2. ITS BORING … anyway … I told this Asian boy, I was Jewish … and he got up and moved to the other side of the room … I still find it funny.

Also people in my class still think, I am Shiite and I would hit myself every year … lol. I get questions … why you hit yourself? I always make up random shit … still can’t be bothered to find out why they do it. * Nothing against Shiite by the way*

Arab isn’t a race ( We semitic?) – which sucks … In application forms they don’t have White-African or Middle-Eastern (even though I am not) … so I have to go with ‘Other’  which is cool .. so if anyone racist he wouldn’t know what I am… hope it benefits me when looking for work.

Arabs are not all Muslim and even if we were … what makes you think we are terrorists. Arabs are human and just because we have few bad apples doesn’t mean we are all rotten. We also want to live and dance, sing and laugh get rich, mary, have kid, have jobs and travel without the “random” search.

When I first moved to the UK, I wasn’t treated andthe area, was mostly white. Not sure if it was of my young foolish age or just I had memory of my ideal world. Now decade or so later – It feels weird … maybe just London. I’ve always had the habit of losing my valuables, since I remember out of my whole family. I always lose my Bus pass, so I either walk for 4 miles or pay to get on the bus. I always misplace/lose forms be it job or new bus pass applications. I’ve also lost a few usbs’, and one today. I can never be trusted with the house keys. My dad always says “one day you’re going to forget yourself”, which is true. It’s really frustration when you think you have something but to only find you don’t.

Solution
I always saw people have boards in their rooms which the ping papers, forms etc to it. Remembering that I just disassemble my wardrobe there was small board pieces and dad had pings in the cellar= picture below.

I want to ask how do you deal with your bad habit.

Nope the title isn’t about suicide related but in one way or another it might be. I’m joking this post is about how I’m losing the energy, hope, and commitment to blogging. I feel so mind jammed and that I can’t even think of anything. When I started this blog I had so many plans, ideas and even maybe opening other blogs … but I can’t even run one blog. I really don’t understand my laziness, I want to post and I got tiny ideas which when I start writing disappear.

I got my last year’s college results and I’m just head-over-hills and if I can get the same this year, I can go to a good university and live life chilled back, relax playing some bball.

You get rid of one and another come … why?

I was testing my webcam, I have been using skype so much and it was about time I got a webcam for Nude stripping for talking with relatives in other coutrys and all.

Got a letter from college which says that second year of college starts 19 august 2008 thats 11 days before everyone else which means college for once will be a bit empty. The reason which that state that we have to go back at such an early date is to get ready writing our personal statements and applying for Universities.

The thing that I don’t understand … they want us to apply to universities which we haven’t seen yet, all Universities have open days – which are full days where we get a taste of University life. We applying so early is really pointless and we might apply for institution’s which we might not like we aspect and maybe regret it. Well I can understand the colleges view on getting us place before everyone starts applying.

I’m really looking forward to college, because of two reasons;
1. Summer was boring, I didn’t go anywhere.
2. I want to finish it so I can get to University … “Its all part of the plan”

I haven’t talked to some of the people, I was in college and I really kinda feel shy to back to class, not shy of not talking to them … but shy that it feels like s fresh start … all weird.

All money I saved from all year, was spent buying a Laptop, new chair and soon a table because all my old stuff had to either be given away or sold … because of some financial problems I had(kids never use your credit card online and forget how much you had on it = overspending).

I had my “vacation” and done my sisters wedding, what is left … back to blogging. I’m deeply sorry to anyone that reads this blog and I promise full on content and I hope few videos will be on the blog, bare with me as I get my room really for college … so horny about college … summer was dry.

I was really surprised about how many comment  my post about Noor (Gumus) and how its ranked among the top 5 websites. I really enjoyed the Turkish drama because it told a beautiful love story but lately it just keeps going down hill. Let me explain,  it got to a point where both Romeo and Juliet (Mohannd & Noor) just got so annoying and just can’t believe how the writers who seem have no clue where to take the story keep make them both seem like idiots.

All lovers who are in this story seem have problems and it seem no one can escape without a fight … I mean look at Anwar and Danna although their luck have turned into better family. Banna has split with her husband over something which really frustrates me, i know at the end of the day its just a drama but its really annoying  with where the story is heading … happy ending ( I seen the last episode). So I’m no longer going to watch because its really pointless

I wrote this because as alway I’m really bored and testing how good and how far my wifi can go. I’m back garden having a barbeque with some of my cousins whom have arrived from Switzerland (that peaceful country) to attend my sisters wedding. Blogging from a laptop is really hard and my legs have gone numb and just waiting for the BBQ.

1. I have a really big and ugly nose … when I was in Paris … Jews though i was Jewish … which was kool because I would get a really good Job with my nose. My mum said … I fell down the stairs – which really explains why it’s bent and did I say ugly?

Anger
2. I get angry … If I have a pound for every time I got angry for no reason. I actually got my mate to record me when I get angry … Its horrible. I have no self control when I’m angry … so stay back when I’m in the room. What I really hate is looking back and thinking – what was that all about?

Soon going be back to blogging (like mad), sold most of my old computers and gave parts away because I’m all past that gaming phase of life and buying graphics cards and RAM.  Why did I sell? Because I got a good price and that my sister might be leaving her Mac for me and I got a Laptop which will be from now on my main computer for both a bit of light gaming, browsing porn blogs and college work

I’m a bit of a fan on twitter ( … Follow me)  - I didn’t like to start with but slowly I’m adding different bloggers … because my real friends would beat me up if I tell them I twitter… about things i do. The video below really tells you in simple word what Twitter is. 

Ok, I didn’t but I got to test and play around as I was going to the Computer fair. Nothing different is noticeable on the interface but the new shape and feel is amazing plus not forgetting 3G. I really though about getting the Iphone but £35/month is totally mad for a jobless student. 

I’m really not a fan of writing stories because I have never had the prefect story even when I really needed it like in GCSE or in summer school. Well those were the days but I gave it another shoot last week – its a draft and I hope you enjoy it. I was thinking of Saving Private Ryan when i wrote it.

Yesterday if you follow me on Twitter, I said I was leaving to watch Hancock. I’m not a big fan of the cinema and I hate making the journey across London just to meet with friends but it was my birthday (two days after) and I though why not!

Anyway, like every Will smith movie, there is a lot of hype and advertisement  which started to piss me off, the advertisement was shit and over used. On the way to college I can swear there were about 20 buses with the Hancock ad. Another part of the advertisement which does my head in is the cheesy slogan … “There are heroes. There are superheroes. And then there’s…” you see what I mean this is pretty much the lamest thing ever and before I even see the movie.

Like I mentioned above the movie hold a Will Smith formula, the formula is…

You like the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air? + iRobot? + Pursuit of happiness? = you will love this one!

But the case isn’t so; you see the movie is a typical Hollywoody – we have someone who does nothing but bad stuff but then ironically ends up the hero. Anyway the movie is aimed at the summer blockbuster where it fights with ‘Wanted’ and that fat panda. I mean the movie made no sense, he cannot get killed … he was shoot in the face nothing happens but then he gets shoot and he starts bleeding … and they don’t even explain what happened (his powers don’t go). I really don’t know where to start with this movie, to sum it up think ‘My super Ex-Girlfriend’ with drama tossed here and there. The movie has probably one good twist which really gives us a light on who is Hancock, he is a ‘God’ who has lived for decades if not centuries and now people call his type ‘Super heroes’. We later know that Hancock lost his memory and doesn’t remember anything. The name Hancock comes from a nurse, because he doesn’t remember his name and when asked to sign out of the hospital the nurse asks for his ‘John Hancock’ which means signature.

Overall if you seen the trailer then you seen the movie, nothing more or less.

Not sure why all movies I review are crap, I have yet to review a movie which I like, Wanted is better than this crap. Will smith fails again.

This post is meant for tomorrow and because I probably won’t  have time to touch the computer – I’m doing it today.

I really haven’t planned anything and would probably spend the night in or smoking Shisha. My parents aren’t into the whole birthday thing, you know they are religious and all. Anyway 18 … hmm not sure what it means yet but I think life will get harder and I’m an adult officially now. I’m getting my child benefits taken away, if I start working I will have to pay tax and if I break the law I will be in jail with adults.

I’m planning to act my age from now, I need to stop messing about and make my dad proud of me. I have mentioned in a lot of posts that my dad isn’t too happy with my actions and I want to make him happy.

I really don’t know, if I should go college tomorrow. I’m a bit worried about getting birthday beats … which mean if you don’t know … people will punch you 18 times and 1 more for good luck … by people you know … but I will fight back, you know me, I’m a Soldier. Its the last week of college and I’m going to miss it, I’m not going Tunisia this year and will probably go to some Camp and get dirty in the British country-side.

Things I got(already yes), after begging my sister for her Iphone for days and to give it to me as a present … she said NO! but she is got me an LG Viewty, which has 5 megapixels so I will be taking some videos and pictures, playing around the Viewty, it has some kool features but it doesn’t have wireless Internet … but I got the laptop and N800 for that. The Viewty can upload videos/pictures to youtube and flickr.  Dad might give me £100 but I doubt it … his sister is getting married … I doubt he will remember my birthday.

Me and Diana, Princess of Wales share the same birthday day … july first, which is an honor.

Really sad end to a week, its the end of college for a few friends whom will be going to University and today was their last day in college … anyway just so emotionally or whatever broken … one some friends are leaving and going to University and I got another year left. Anyway just kinda angry at myself for not talking to some girl sooner and left it too late and probably never see her again. She meant the world to me and she probably had no clue ( I think she did).

I haven’t really been downloading songs lately after my Ipod shuffle broke and been using my phone which can’t hold that many songs. Like I said above I feel down, kinda in some love thing … anyway. I want to share this song which really hits the spot. Not sure if you know but I’m like the Biggest (ok … one off), all his songs are amazing and they never suck. Most if not all artists have an album and there will only one good song *cough* Usher. This song is going to be part of his new album and sounds cool.

Dropbox, which is an online storage service which offers 5GB of storage space.You can upload using your desktop and it almost no effort keeping desktop synced with “the cloud”.

As you see above, it looks almost like the windows interface which acts like a regular folder on your machine … that vista by the way with the classic theme. I found it to be a very good backup for my college work and other work which I can’t afford to lose. Also you can upload photo’s and can link to them like a normal image/file host. Available for both Windows and Mac interfaces apart with green and blue folder.

Football is to blame, my ass hurts so much from all the sliding, dropping and kicking.  Four hours of football, every Sunday I play football and every week its the same pain. I need to lose weight… my sister is getting married and I need to get into shape because I need to look nice and sexy. I’m soon going to be 18 … July 1st, don’t forget to wish a happy birthday. Being 18 is hard, I have to pay tax, dad will push me away to find a job. Mum will get me engaged( hope not).

My sisters wedding is just a month a way … 31st of July 2008. I got my suit ready, all I need is a matching tie and maybe a white tie. My whole suit is black … its fits all occasions be it death, job interview, award party so a colourful tie or plain can’t hurt.  I think I’ve said this before … My sister getting married means a bigger room for me.

The dreams I fear, the ones like your in the middle of no where, you try to run and there is something behind you. The slow motion walking or dragging yourself on the floor. Another dream … which felt bad about and you might think what a weirdo… I had a dream I was drinking. Being Muslim and as you know its Harram (forbidden), yeah its a dream … but I just felt weird when I woke up.

… A lot of random topics there. I really got myself confused with my blog. I really don’t know what to blog about. My life is boring and really not interesting, honestly though … I got twitter for that which I never seem to use. My life is probably one of the crappiest. I really don’t like the whole … idea of teaching blogger how to blog blogs, or how to make money because I didn’t make anything from blogging, so I really think anyone who runs one of these blogs needs some serious checkups.

I sometimes read the blog, Theuniversitykid, which gives me the urge to beat the crap out of the guy … with all due respect to his reader and himself … the guy brags about how much he makes, and how he can help people, but all he really does is sell e-books and crap … good on the guy. The people who make money Internet are the people who wont tell you. I can’t believe how many blogs are out there about such topics … not being stereotypical but they all seem to be from India.

The quotes above are something’s which my dad always says and how he compares himself to me. I really like listening  and how he rants about that I’m lazy and I have an easy life. My dad can talk about Nekrif (not this blog … my home town) for hours … about his early days .. BORING. Today I was with my dad in the car, picking up my little sister from Arabic school. Oh!… Happy fathers day all.

Euro2008

I supported France, they were knocked out … but being a glory hunter that I am. I secretly supported Holland. Netherlands were knocked out … everyone good is out … which means this could mean Turkey … can win … Inshallah(hope to God). For me Turkey have to be the best comeback team, they never give up.

But it Internations, I never seem to support a team. Like I said I am a Glory hunter.

How do you support a team?
Based on Nationality. You weren’t was born there. So hush.
Based on Country. Almost all have never been to the country they supported.
Based on Education. Most would say England, but they didn’t qualify. WTH.
Based on Popularity. It’s football, it’s a sports. Not American Idol or Star Academy
Based on Players. Looks? Skills? I don’t know.

College
For the first time in a very long time, I’m not stressed about assignments. I don’t get my class mates, some hardly do assignments and they know they will fail and simple don’t stress. I’m sitting there doing work, while the teacher is out everyone starts paper ball fighting … I just end up joining. I got a video which I will post soon.

Sallam, Peace, Paz, Paix and Frieden

For those of who don’t know what is Azeroth, it’s the name of the world the in Warcaft (WoW). I haven’t since late 2007 played WoW, I’ve stopped due to college and I really wanted to do well in college and do other stuff on the web … like starting this blog. WoW is a fantastic game, where you can play with millions of people (not really because different realms) and where you can be in a whole massive fantasy world. Not sure if I have mention, that I started WoW because of my mates Jason and Rahul, whom I got to know in college.

One thing which makes WoW a bit of a downer is that I have to pay £8/month to play which is kind of expensive when you put together. I had to buy the game for £30 and then the expansion pack … Burning crusade which cost me £19.99. The game really starts to be amazing when you reach the level 70 mark; I have around 3 accounts at level 70 and around 7 who are 60 down.

I ordered for one of my characters (Múte) to be moved to another realm (server), why? Well because I came back to the realm I started on and my Guild (clan) isn’t there anymore … server so empty and really dead.

 … Oh this can mean, i will be posting WoW related posts … just for a few weeks only promise.

I still can’t put my head around this, its so cool.

If there was a word more harsh than Awful, then this  movie has to be given all of them. The movie does provide some scenes that do that fulfilments that ‘freak out’ need though because the idea of people dying because of the ‘wind’. If you’re into seeing people mutilate and kill themselves, then you’ll be happy you saw this movie. I enjoyed those scenes, but the movie had nothing else to support it. You learn the premise early in the film and then the movie just ends. There was no twist at the end either. The movie is just plain stupid, starts with builder falling to their death … which I might add is pretty much the coolest part of the movie. I don’t even feel like spending time reviewing this crap and just give you a link where you can watch.

Story: Idea was cool but failed to live up

Noor? … its really Gümüs which is a Turkish drama. The drama has been translated into Arabic and its on the MBC channel (… on satellite Nilesat & hotbird) . What I love about the Drama is that its … a love story in a sense. The drama is based around a wealthy family who have a cosine called Noor, she is poor and is “arranged” married by the grandad of the family to his grandson (the blonde one in the video … so much hate for his good looks) … who doesn’t want her( he runs on the wedding night) … but ends up loving her  … his mother like all mothers-in-law give her hell.

(She looks so beautify. Well to me, she reminds me of someone special)

Back to Photoshop doing self portraits, this one came out really cool.

By no means, I don’t smoke weed or promote it (… maybe for jokes). I know people who smoke and I see people who just plain idiots how it ruins their life’s. I just don’t get it, yes weed can be nice (… one that make you laugh) … maybe once but like to take it to the next level, where it an almost addiction is what I don’t comprehend. How much is weed value in London? Well £10 can get you couple of grams … is it worth? Yep.

Anyway … to anyone thinking of starting to smoking weed, trust me… it’s a door to other addictions and drugs. I remember I started smoking normal cigs … back when I was 13. When I was 13 smoking was cool and peer-pressure played its role. When people move from secondary school to College … weed is the next level and it’s not nice … some guy throw –up all over the desk in class, people laughing for no reason and the slow motion … all different affects.
